We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Housekeeping Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the mechanical, electrical and plumbing services during the design and construction phase and liaising with the consultants
- Ensuring that the designs are compliant with the specifications and standards for architectural and structural elements of the facility
- Ensuring that the contractors’ installations are compliant with the specifications and meet the quality standards for the project
- Attendance of site meetings
- Ensuring that QS is adhered to
Skills & Experience Required
- Min 8 years’ experience in MEP for hospitals and medical facilities
- Experience of working with a large Lead Consultant
- Excellent communication skills – fluency in English is essential
- Excellent project management skills
- Knowledge of MEP in construction phase including planning
