Sunmei International is a hotel chain franchise group that originated in China in 2010 and started its business operation in Africa in 2018 with the goal of becoming the largest hotel management group in Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel General Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Fully responsible for hotel operation and management, and responsible for coordinating and deploying various departments for implementation;
  • According to the requirements of the group’s strategy and operating budget, achieve the hotel’s various operating and management indicators;
  • Guide and supervise the operation and management of each hotel project, and improve the overall efficiency, service quality and business performance of the organization
  • Responsible for the daily operation management of hotel, including the formulation and implementation of marketing and promotion strategies, the establishment of hotel comprehensive management system, business processes and operation standards, etc.;
  • Responsible for the relationship and coordination of the regional government departments, media and relevant interest groups where the hotel located;
  • Responsible for management of echelon construction, training and development of talent team.

Requirements

  • Full-time graduated from high standard university, preferred with experience in studying abroad;
  • Over 8 years of hotel development, preparation and operation management experience; International hotel management group experience;
  • Familiar with hotel operation and management system, and have a unique understanding of hotel management;
  • Comprehensive management experience and ability, able to properly handle emergencies;
  • Strong communication and coordination ability and innovation ability.
