We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Marketer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are currently recruiting marketers for real Estate company to help our Client in reaching out to customers and developing various marketing strategies for products and services.
- Implements marketing plans and works to meet sales quotas. Tracks marketing and sales data and identifies areas of improvement.
Responsibilities
- Market the company product(Landed property)
- Might go for Inspection with client ifthecase arises
- Making appointments with and meeting new customers
- Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
- Promoting new products and any special deals
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
- Giving feedback on sales trends.
Qualification
- B.Sc/HND/OND in any field, Graduate of Estate Mgt, Law, marketing, will be additional advertage.
- Candidate must have 1-2 years experience with any Real Estate Firm.
- Must have worked with or have experience Marketing Real Estate product.
Remuneration
- The Marketers are entitled for N50,000 monthly Salary only if he or she meet up with monthly sales both will received N10,000 if he or she did not meet up.
