Requirements
- Graduate or Post graduate in social sciences, Psychology, HR or relevant fields
- 5-10 years post qualification experience
- Ability to produce and analyse data/reports for monitoring and management learning
- Experience of working in a si,ilar role with a conglomerate or leading FMCG
- Attention to details
- Leadership and managerial skills
- Experience with microsoft office packages and Computerized HR programs
