Job Title: IT Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Server management and data base administration
- ERP support for L-1 user complaint handling
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Testing new technology
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in a Computer related course
- Minimum 4 to 5 years with Industry experience ;
- Hand on ERP support for L-1 user complaint handling;
- Experience for server management and data base administration;
- Qualified IT professional with certification.
