Job Title: Sales Assistant
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Summary
- The sale assistant will play a key role in providing stellar customer service experiences on a daily basis
- He/she must be organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable our products with an engaging, upbeat personality.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and assisting them with any queries.
- Ensuring the store’s stock is constantly replenished.
- Helping other staff with deliveries.
- Keeping up to date with the features and benefits of each product.
- Managing customer transactions.
- Helping to persuade customers to make a purchase.
- Retain existing customers by providing excellent and prompt customer services.
- Resolves customer’s complaints questions and issues.
- Maintains store’s cleanliness.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field
- Minimum of 2 years previous work experience in a restaurant or confectionery
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer care service; ability to access customers needs and provide a positive customer experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
