Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing sales staff and coordinating several sales activities, will supervise and motivate the sales team, and implement appropriate strategies to improve sales.
  • The sales supervisor will coordinate daily sales activities, and assist customers and staff during business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales activities aimed at increasing sales.
  • Organize and coordinate activities of sales representatives.
  • Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals.
  • Implement strategies to sell products.
  • Retain existing customers by providing excellent and prompt customer services.
  • Feedback to the management on competitors, activities, market situations and customer’s complaint.
  • Resolves customer’s complaints questions and issues.
  • Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
  • Maintains store’s cleanliness.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field
  • Minimum of 2 years previous work experience in a restaurant or confectionery
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer care service; ability to access customers needs and provide a positive customer experience
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
