We work with prospects, investors, to support their dream of owning a property to strategically become home/property owners and the likes.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lagos (Agege, Abule Egba, Ogba, Ojodu Berger, Ilupeju, Maryland, Lekki Ajah axis and its environs)
Job type: Full Time

Duties

Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and set up meetings
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Coordinating team members to attending conferences, meetings, and industry events, in order to advertise our services,
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
Developing quotes and proposals
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
Developing sales goals for the team in line with company’s policy and ensuring they are met
Helping team members develop their sales skills.
