Requirements
- Highly erudite in staff recruitment processes
- Can work with little or no supervision
- Strong leadership skill
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skill
- Understanding of Staff welfare system
- Candidates must be highly proficient in the use of computer and Microsoft office packages.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Qualification
- BA/BSc, MA/MSc in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, and Business Administration. CIPM Certification will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Candidates must have not less than 5 years working experience has a Human Resource Personnel in a well-structured organization.
