Job Description

Create new business opportunities by sharing proposals with prospective clients and ensure timely deliverables.
Act as a liaison between Corporate/ Individual Clients and other internal departments of the consultancy.
Perform situation analysis to make informed decisions that benefit client and consultancy, as well as work with other executives to reach objectives.
Establish goals, analyze growth, and provide accurate progress reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Interact with clients through email, telephone, and in-person meetings, to resolve queries and ensure clients satisfaction.
Prepare presentations and ensure appointments and schedules are timely.
Ensure consultancy-wide consistency in client service and marketing procedures.
