Job Description
- We are in need of suitably qualified Candidate who will actively monitor the company operations and make recommendations to executive management about enhancing business processes and company structure.
Responsibilities
- Review business process and company policies to help enhance workflow and develop a stronger company.
- Work with executive management to review job responsibilities and alter employee and departmental tasks based on company needs.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to help find ways to create cost-effective business processes that will attract new customers.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- 2+ years’ experience in operations monitoring.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work with management at every level.
