We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Lagos
Flexible work Schedule: 2 days ON, 1 day OFF

Key Roles

  • Supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints
  • Job holder will be the front line of support for clients and customers and help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements

  • The job holder must have an ND (National Diploma) certificate in Business, Communication, Humanities or Marketing related discipline with a minimum of 1 year post qualification experience in related field.

Remuneration

  • N50,000/month.
