Fadac Resources and Services – Our client, a well-established Group of company located in Sango-Ota Ogun State, Nigeria is in need of a qualified candidate for its Flexible Laminates, Light paper boxes & Corrugated Cartons for the position below:

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Locations: Porthacourt, Kano and Ibadan.

Job Responsibilities

Ensure the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets are set, mutually agreed and met.
Ensure that we develop and tap potential customers and develop a long-term business relationship.
Understand our product capability to pitch an application suitable to a potential customer
Co-ordinate with the Product development & production team to develop sample and quotations
Monitor and drive the sales in his region .

Requirement/ Skills

B.Sc/ HND in in any stream, preference will be given to personnel with Sales & marketing qualifications / MBAs
5 – 10 years of experience in the related field.
Must have both B2B and B2C sales experience
Strong Interpersonal Skills.
Communication & Organizational skills.
Presentation skills
Negotiation skills
Sales and relationship building skills
