Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

  • To provide strategic leadership and operational direction to the Sales & Marketing Team at ENYO. To generate revenue and profitable returns to the company in alignment with shareholder corporate goals.
  • Responsible for identifying and developing key business opportunities via acquisition and optimization of retail and people assets across the country/ENYO network. The role also entails policy and process development.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Sales, Operations And Business Development:

  • Develop sales and marketing strategies for the achievement of increased products revenue targets, decreased operational cost as well as achievement of departmental targets.
  • Evaluate, monitor and respond to market trends, environmental changes, political and social implications, competitor activities and consumer preference with a view to growing ENYO market share.
  • Develop strategies for the promotion of products and service offerings and coordinate the animation of all sales and marketing activities.
  • Ensure profitability from the sales and marketing of all ENYO products via the retail sales channel.
  • Appraise/supervise new and existing retail projects as well as manage all retail station CAPEX and

Stakeholder Management:

  • Lead the identification, acquisition and affiliation of strategic retail assets in line with corporate network expansion goals.
  • Ensure business sustainability via relationship management, liaison and compliance with statutory requirements.

People Management:

  • Ensure proper internal and external salespeople management
  • Ensure execution of training modules for station and Sales Personnel

Safety, Standards And Control:

  • Ensure full compliance to Control and Standard as well as HSE policies pertaining to retail station operations.

Requirements
Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Social Sciences or related field.

Knowledge Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Oil & Gas Industry Dynamics and Product Knowledge
  • Knowledge of Business Performance Monitoring
  • Knowledge of Budgeting, Cost Management & Control

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of ten (10) years relevant work experience with at least 3-years at a managerial role in retail sales and/or network development in the downstream oil and gas sector.
