Job Title: Reservations and Ticketing Officer

Locations: Lagos & Abuja

Job Descriptions

Make Reservations/Bookings for Customers.
Plan Route and Computer Ticket Cost, using Schedules, Rate Books, and Computer.
Make Ticket Booking, Quote Fare, and send directly to Customers or as directed.
Arrange Reservations and Routing for Passengers at Request or as directed.
Inform Clients of Essential Travel Information, such as Travel Times, Transportation Connections, and Medical and Visa Requirements.
Provide Customers with Travel Suggestions and Information Sources, such as Guides, Directories, Brochures, and Maps
Determines whether space is available on Travel Dates requested by Customer
Educate and Enlighten Customer on the New and Existing Products of the Company.
Offer Advice and Suggestions to Customers on Local and International Tourist Attractions and Events at Chosen Locations.
Calculate Fares accurately with Zero Error Rates on Ticket Bookings.
Follow up on Enquiries and Convert it to Sales.
Keep Informed of Business Changes that affect the Ticketing Area.
Sell travel products and tour packages.
