A leading Document Solution Company is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Ensure proper documentation of the organisation’s goods at the Warehouse.
  • Maintain a good housekeeping at the Warehouse and ensure compliance with safety,health and security requirements.
  • Ensure maintenance of distribution fleet for effective service and products deliveries/
  • Responsible for inventory of products.
  • Review invoices from courier companies and ensure correctness and process the payment.
  • Ensure scheduled servicing of the fleet to minimise downtime and avoid customer dissatisfaction.
  • Arrange and recommend for sale un-saleable products from the warehouse at the head office and its branches, among other duties.

Qualification/Skills

  • HND/B.Sc in Logistics/Transport-related courses.
  • 4 years experience
  • IT Skills, highly organised and trustworthy.
