Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive

Location: Lagos

Overall Objective

  • Successful candidate is to assist the organisations sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition
  • She should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the MD/CEO updated about marketplace and competitor activities

Job Description

  • Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities
  • Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients
  • Prepare the company budget and continually track expenses, as well as make sure we’re on track to hit revenue targets
  • Provide training and mentoring to members of the business development team.
  • Develop and deliver pitches for potential customers
  • Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients
  • Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities
  • Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.

Competencies/Abilities/Skills Required

  • Numerically Minded
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Sales must be a defined career path
  • Persuasive and eloquent in nature
  • Must not be more that 32 by December 2020
  • Must be a female
  • HND or B.Sc in any field.
  • Must be a residence of Lekki- Ajah environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales
  • Must desire to work with a start up company.

Salary

  • N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
