HR Executive at Aldelia Group

Aldelia Group – Our client in the FMCG Sector is currently recruiting qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Specification

• Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)
• Implementing performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly / annual and 360degree evaluations)
• Designing compensation and benefits packages
• Familiarity with HRM Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HRBP, or similar role.

Person Specification

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
• Minimum of five years in HR
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Manufacturing company
• Proficiency in MS Office (emphasis on Excel, Word, PowerPoint Presentation)
• Familiarity with the Labor Act (2014), Factory Act (2004) and ITF (2004).
