Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements,
- Preparing expense reports, and performing daily administrative duties.
- Assist with special projects when needed.
- Coordinating, organizing and running internal and offsite events is essential.
- Performing research on meeting venues.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Should know how to prepare a bill of quantity
- Should know how to prepare Factory document.
- 4 years experience in a manufacturing Company.
- B.Sc in Admin or any related course
