Job Title: Procurement Personnel
Location: Abuja
Duties and Responsibilities
In collaboration with the Cost Control Department, the Procurement Personnel is responsible for execution of the following activities:
- Negotiate and execute contract agreements for the supply of materials, goods and services.
- Assess contractor performance to identify the need for amendments of existing contracts.
- Prepare and edit contracts between the company and potential suppliers.
- Handle breach of contracts in a timely manner.
- Serve as the main liaison with outside contracting representatives.
- Develop and implement effective procurement proposals.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years experience in a similar role in Supply Chain Management.
- B.Sc in any related field
- Sound understanding and experience in Procurement & Logistics / Supply in the Construction Industry.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents, and legal specifications.
