We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Executive

Location: Port Harcourt, Nigeria

Job Description

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
  • Oversee the store room and office equipment
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Take minutes during All meetings
  • Organize and maintain the Training Schedule

Requirements

  • Skills: Secretarial or Administrative
  • Experience: 1 Year
  • Education: B.Sc./HND
  • Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and Office Etiquette
  • Discretion and confidentiality and Integrity
  • Female candidate only (maximum 25 years)
