We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Key Account Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Key Role Expectation

  • Every month conduct meeting with HO and analysis previous month, last year sales and market trend based on that we negotiate and fix suitable sellout target for next month.
  • Based on Sellout target frame the additional budget in terms of incentive policy and get approval from Management and then the policy to team.
  • Based on sellout Policy we fix the target to zone wise every month according to their market share
  • Need to follow target vs achievement zone wise daily basis and push the team to achieve their given target.
  • Every month we discuss with HO if any new WOD opening then choose the golden location for branding material with approval of Management.

Main KPI Target:

  • Sellout Target
  • Sell In Target
  • Focus Model Target
  • New VBA Recruitment Targets
  • Stock Delivery
  • MOP Control.

Year Experience Required

  • The candidate must have 5 – 7 years experience in Mobile Telephony Industry.

Salary
N300, 000 – N450, 000 Monthly.
