The optimist in me says that QB Kedon Slovis was so impressive as a freshman, he’s a sneaky Heisman dark horse. Nine defensive starters are back. Yes, the defense was bad last year (78th in scoring defense), but it was young! Clay Helton knows he’s toast if he can’t win 10+ games and be a legit contender.
