Job Description
- We are currently looking to fill the role of Sales & Retail Manager – HNI. The role is based in Lagos and reports to the Head of Sales .
Responsibilities
- Establish and implement Action Plans to develop sales for each product category and client segment
- Increase Sales and profitability of each product segment
- To build customer loyalty and develop a new customer base and activate dormant accounts
- Ensure an operational effective management of the store, in compliance with internal policies and procedures;
- Guarantee an adequate integration and optimisation between front and back-office, by ensuring appropriate boutique resources coverage, and supervising logistics and stock management
- Create a unique retail experience in line with brand;
- Develop retail strategy in line with colleagues, ensuring regular reviews and updates as required;
- Manage the boutique to ensure a creative and inspiring layout, lighting and stock visual merchandising
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of first degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in banking industry / insurance is preferred
- Professional qualification is desirable and would be of added advantage.
- Minimum of 8 plus years managing a team in retail or sales and selling to High Net-worth Individuals and corporate organisations
- Ability to build, execute and follow the Company strategy;
- Proven ability to drive results and to manage teams
