We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Communication Officer / Control Room Officer
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Frontline customer service and support through timely and accurate response to all incoming calls
- Incident management
- Completing accurate incident reports
- Logging all inbound and outbound calls
- Data entry and general administrations
- Monitors numerous security cameras within the facility as well as the alarm system emergency call boxes
- Monitors the office wide Radio system and coordinates communications
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Provides briefs to Department supervisors ,Watch Commander,HR and the Director on all daily activities.
- Receives and processes all incoming emergency and non-emergency telephone calls for service via a multiline telephone system
- Ensuring the surveillance monitors are observed at all times.
- Monitoring of all fire alarms within the facility.
- Ensuring that the Control Rooms remain secure at all times and that no unauthorized person enters the Control Rooms.
Educational Requirements
- Minimum requirement OND With security experience
- Further education in security administration or similar field will be an asset
- Must be a resident of Lagos State
