Postponed Blues-Ducks game rescheduled for March 11; Blues to host Panthers on March 9
ST. LOUIS — The St. Louis Blues’ Tuesday matchup with the Anaheim Ducks was postponed following roughly half a period of play after Blues defenseman Jay Bouwmeester had a cardiac episode and collapsed on the bench. The teams have now announced a makeup date for that game, and the Blues are also rescheduling another matchup to make the logistics work.
The NHL announced Sunday afternoon that the postponed game between the Blues and Anaheim Ducks has been rescheduled for Wednesday, March 11, 9:00 p.m. CT at Honda Center. As a result, the Blues’ matchup with the Florida Panthers, originally scheduled for Tuesday, March 10, has been moved to Monday, March 9, 7:00 p.m. CT at Enterprise Center.
The Blues-Ducks contest will follow the same 60-minute format of all regular-season games and begin with the score tied, 1-1, as it was at the time of the postponement.
