Job Description

We are currently accepting Corps members and Interns who are enthusiastic about Customer Service to join our Customer Care unit and assist in achieving utmost customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will interact with our clients by phone, email, and face-to-face with a friendly yet professional demeanour with the goal of ensuring sales.

Requirements

Degree in Mass Communications, English, Linguistics, Business Administration, Marketing and Sales or any other related field
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Content creation
Outstanding phone and email etiquette
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Willingness to learn
Innovative thinker with a positive attitude
Able to remain calm and professional, even with challenging clients
Keen attention to detail and excellent memory, making clients feel known
Ability to learn about our changing product line and articulate specifications readily
Persuasive, persistent with the ability to drive Sales
