Overview

  • To perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Your duties will include providing support to our managers, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities

Job Description

  • Sorting of project contracts
  • Arrangement of project files
  • Preparation of letters
  • Arrangement of document according to the project requirement
  • Binding of documents
  • Photocopying of all documents as required by each client agencies

Required Qualifications

  • A Tertiary Degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
  • Experience in a construction company is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong presentation, report writing and communication skills, oral and written
  • Proficiency in computer applications to include MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Remuneration
N50, 000 monthly.
