Job Title: Estate Site Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Role Objectives

• As an Estate Supervisor, you will be in charge of the upkeep and day-to-day running of a private estate.
• You will oversee maintenance, supervise staff members, and manage budgets and events.

Skills & Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Estate Management
• Must have good knowledge of Lagos property trends
• Previous Estate Agency experience in managing client relationship and a team
• Experience in the valuation area is preferred
• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must be able to use Microsoft Excel and Word
