We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Sales Executive (Preforms & Caps)

Location: Port-Harcourt – Rivers and Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Survey the market territory with an aim to know who potential buyers are of preforms and Closures
  • Locating potential customers and convert them through sales pitch and presentation to generate sales order.
  • Make daily field visit report
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Inform on new Size of preform launch and price update information to customerТs on regular basis.
  • Embark on Market visits to discuss sales related information with customers.
  • Interact and follow-up with customers to collect their order either on phone or during customers visit in office for all Preforms and Caps product range.
  • Processing sales order and invoice with accounts.
  • Co-ordinate with stores for supplies to customers.
  • Ensuring payment is received to back up any sales order and liaising with point of shipment for effective stock deliveries.
  • Check all the cash customersТ payments with account before billing.
  • Follow up on all the credit customers with their credit days.
  • Ensuring collections of money with our credit customers.
  • Monthly prepare sales report or achievement on preforms and caps.
  • Meeting monthly budget.
  • Sales data analysis.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / Hnd
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales.
  • Candidates with Rigid Packaging work experience will be given more preference.
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Professional level of verbal and written communications skills.
  • Smart in appearance, represents management in the best light.
