Job Title: Head of Schools

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Descriptions

• All aspects of the day to day management and operation of the school, the administration and supervision of systems and routines to ensure the efficient operation of the school.
• Ensuring that all operations of the school reflect the whole school’s ethos, philosophy and core values and that the school’s mission is fully implemented.
• Develop programs to enable school students and families to meet academic goals.
• Ensure annual meetings of progress and implement programs to ensure academic success.
• Establish policies as per the performance management, succession planning and staffing requirements of the school.
• Create and manage attractive, organized, functional, healthy and safe facilities for visual and acoustic attention.
• Establish procedures and regular emergency and disaster drills.
• Hire, employ and establish an outstanding faculty of academic excellence, integrity and moral character.
• Lead the voice and face of the school in the area community and educational associations to market the well-being of the school.
• Support school start-up activities, such as presentations to referral sources and parents.
• Oversee school activities to ensure the achievement of educational objectives and outcomes.
• Offer consistent and compassionate customer service to students, parents and referrals.
