We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Head, Human Resources / Administration

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Graduate of Human Resources Management
  • Ability to implement the organizationТs HR strategy in line with the corporate strategy
  • Formulate, review and monitor the implementation of HR systems covering recruitment, performance management, promotion, manpower planning, career management, succession, planning compensation, discipline etc
  • Identify training needs, develop training plan, training budget and oversee effective training administration
  • Develop and implement other personnel administration activities, including payroll administration, staff loans, staff welfare and pension scheme
  • Brand management
  • Administration of general services, including facility management, equipment maintenance, fleet management, mail administration, procurement, inventory control etc

Qualifications

  • Certificate of National Service, Exemption or Exclusion.
  • Possession of a minimum of 10 years post qualification experience of which at least 8 years must have been in the financial sector and 4 years in top/senior management positions.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills, Proficiency in spoken and written English Language. Business decision mindset, Conflict resolution skill, Managerial competencies and Team playing skill.
