We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Stock Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • In charge of Inventory Management in an E-commerce business operation setting.

Job Description

  • Devising ways to optimize inventory control procedures
  • Inspecting the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
  • Ensuring product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
  • Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures

  • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
  • Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
  • Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
  • Analyze data to anticipate future needs
  • Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
  • Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
  • Report to upper management on stock levels, issues

Experience

  • Suitable candidate should have at least 2 years working experience in stock keep and stock manage.

Competencies and Skills:

  • Excellent use of Microsoft Word Excel and other stock keeping tools.
  • Ability to pay effective attention to details.
  • Work independently with little or no supervision.

Salary
N50,000 to N60,000 monthly.
