Resource HQ Limited – Our client, a Microfinance Bank, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Performance Management, Reporting and Business Analysis

Location: Lagos
Reports Directly to: The Financial Controller

Brief Description of Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of daily Scorecard, Business Unit Performance Report.
• Development/review of Key Performance Indicators.
• Development/review reward, recognition and intervention frameworks.
• Coordination of monthly performance review sessions.
• Drive the entire budgeting process from Corporate Goal setting to individual Staff KPIs and budget.
• Preparation of daily and monthly Management Accounts.
• Analysis of key income statement and balance lines.
• Monitoring and analysis of prudential ratios.
• Prepare a segment/product performance reports.
• Provide insightful analysis on business performance and provide a recommendation to achieve business goals.
• Building financial models to forecast business performance and simulate performance based on different scenarios.

Requirements

Professional Qualification:

• ACA / ACCA / ICAN or any relevant qualification.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in Performance management and reporting role in a financial institution required.

Mandatory Skill Requirements:

• Mastery of Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Financial modeling skills.
• Good reporting and analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
