As a result of business expansion, we are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking for an administrative officer to support the provision of secretarial, administrative and logistics support to the organization.
Main Accountabilities
- To support the organization by effective and efficient secretariat services
- Administration of leave for staff
- Daily supervision of the attendance register
- Filing of all staff documents, record and paperwork
- Work with the account unit in processing salaries and other payroll activities
- Ensure the maintenance of office equipment, furniture and fittings
Role Requirements
- Minimum of OND in any course of study
- Minimum of one year experience in an admin function with proven and demonstrable interpersonal skills
- Able to use Microsoft office software
- Able to display good listening, writing and speaking skills
- Willing to take up additional tasks as may be required
Salary
N30,000 – N40,000 monthly.
