As a result of business expansion, we are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for an administrative officer to support the provision of secretarial, administrative and logistics support to the organization.

Main Accountabilities

  • To support the organization by effective and efficient secretariat services
  • Administration of leave for staff
  • Daily supervision of the attendance register
  • Filing of all staff documents, record and paperwork
  • Work with the account unit in processing salaries and other payroll activities
  • Ensure the maintenance of office equipment, furniture and fittings

Role Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in any course of study
  • Minimum of one year experience in an admin function with proven and demonstrable interpersonal skills
  • Able to use Microsoft office software
  • Able to display good listening, writing and speaking skills
  • Willing to take up additional tasks as may be required
 Salary

N30,000 – N40,000 monthly.
