Job Description 

  • Drive the alignment and execution of the People Strategies and Plans that find, develop, keep and enhance the contribution of employees to the short and long term business needs
  •  Support and drive our Core Values and Keys to success in the assigned business units.
  • Coordinate workforce planning for the organization
  • Ensure the culture and working environment is open, empowering, fair and equitable Provide flawless execution of HR initiatives and pro-actively challenge the established organizational structure to drive superior performance
  •  Provide alternative solutions on business issues to achieve the most effective solutions (taking account of our principles, policies and local context)
  • Shape the culture that facilitates and supports company ’ goals and initiatives, ( through supporting and coaching Line managers in their implementation of core people processes – e.g., Performance Management, Salary review, Job Evaluation and Identification of learning & development needs)
  • Manage the overall HR provision to the business unit by coordinating the HR Service streams and ensuring service standards are improved against defined measures
  •  Organize and implement training/development programs with Line Managers that meet the goals and objectives of the team or individual
  • Define the profiles for Talent Acquisition to ensure the right talent is selected to align with business requirements
  •  Ensure Performance Management system is driving the achievement of company goals through individual objectives and the performance of these objectives
  •  Ensure high performance is rewarded and poor performance handled appropriately
  • Establish and Maintain effective “win – win” working relationships with employees and managers through an environment that fosters communication and service delivery.
  • Maintain relationships with employees at all levels of the organization In addition to all above support Safety and driving people related safety initiatives as applicable in production/supply chain environments.
  •  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  •  10 years HR experience
  • Business Acumen (understanding of Business, performance drivers and long term direction)
  • Broad knowledge of several HR principles, practices, procedures, Factory Acts and Labour Laws.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with multiple people at many levels and work as part of a team.
  • Effective Influencing & Stakeholder Management skills.
  • “Hands On’ “Can DO” Mindset
  •  Excellent Presentation And Analytical skills
  •  Excellent use of Ms Word ,Ms Excel & Ms Powerpoint.
