Job Title: Administrator – Social Work

Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

• The role of an Administrator has arisen due to a community-related state health project. As a result, there has arisen a need to widen our work force thereby necessitating that we recruit more hands.
• We are now looking for candidates with business mindset to join us in executing this project. This is with a view to becoming our partners as the work progresses.
• We hereby require the services of more than one hundred personnel (Health Administrators) to join hands together in executing this project.

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting clients in receiving services by telephone and in person.
• Getting clients involved in beneficial activities.
• Assessing clients and gathering relevant information.
• Offering information and supporting clients and their families.
• Contacting and making referrals to other agencies and services.
• Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.
• Participating in training, supervision, and meetings.
• Watch for signs of child abuse.
• Provide crisis intervention.

Person Specification

• He / She must have entrepreneurial mindset
• He / She must be willing to work with team members
• Ability to build capacity must be displayed
