Job Title: Remote Content and Customer Support Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are currently seeking a Content Manager who can also work as a customer support with a collaborative spirit and creative flair. We sale more than 700 TLD domain names, Cloud hosting servers, Linux Servers, Windows Servers etc.
- We need someone with a great team spirit to help us manage our company websites
Position Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategy for major brands, posting on behalf of the brands and responding to consumer comments via multiple social platforms
- Be able to manage and update our web contents on our different platforms such as our blog, hosting and domain accounts.
- Create relevant and engaging content across multiple social channels.
- Create blog contents for our Tech-blog website.
- Be able to provide customer support to our website visitors via chat support.
- Always check and update the prices of our services.
- Active participation in a wide variety of social media activities personally, with rich understanding of social networking from a user engagement standpoint
- Work with Content team to deliver creative and engaging social content
- Analyze and optimize social strategy and execution on an ongoing basis
- Integrate with agency and client team, providing consumer insights drawn from the social community and helping to recognize additional social opportunities.
- Though their will be basic training and showcasing on how this is to be done.
- This job entails that you will be online daily from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm and have a phone and a laptop that is actively connected online to check and monitor ads and respond to customer questions.
Position Required Skills
- At least 1-2 years experience with content management with brands like Instagram, Facebook, and twitter etc.
- Experience with developing social media strategy, including editorial calendar development through execution as well as community management guidelines and escalation plans
- Broad-level experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (such as Facebook analytics, Google analytics, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to write social media content (such as posts, tweets, etc.) in varied but distinct brand voices
- Proficiency in social management tools (such as CoTweet or Sprout Social) as well as social listening tools (such as Radian6 or Visible)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and manage short timelines without losing site of the big picture
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to stay connected with local team as well as remote team.
