Crop Farm Coordinator at Boladuk Farms and Agro-Allied Limited

Boladuk Farms and Agro-Allied Limited is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Location: Oyo

The ideal candidate will be competent to do the following:

Direct and coordinate worker activities, such as planting, irrigation, chemical application, harvesting, grading, and recordkeeping.
Coordinate growing activities with those of engineering, equipment maintenance, packing houses, and other related departments.
Analyse market conditions to determine acreage allocations.
Confer with purchasers and arranges for sale of crops. (together with Operations Coordinator)
Record information, such as production, farm management practices, and parent stock, and prepares financial and operational reports. (together with Operations Coordinator)
Determine procedural changes in drying, grading, storage, and shipment for greater efficiency and accuracy. (together with Operations Coordinator)
Analyse soil to determine type and quantity of fertilizer required for maximum production.
Inspect equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Inspect orchards and fields to determine maturity dates of crops or to estimate potential crop damage from weather.
