Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Descriptions
- We seek to engage the services of an organized and driven operations officer that will effectively develop and enact company policies and increase efficiency of operations for our organization.
- Candidate must be a strong leader with excellent interpersonal skills and an outstanding business intellect.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures.
- Report to and assist Chief Operating Officer in daily tasks and duties.
- Ensure company policies align with and advance business objectives.
- Strategically map-out, plan, and manage projects.
- Analyze and maintain operational data.
- Develop improved business functionality that increases profits.
- Communicate with management teams to confirm execution of company processes
- Design and continuously improve existing and new business processes.
- Ensure compliance at all times with Regulatory.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in consumer or commercial lending either as a business / systems / process analyst or credit / risk / collections manager.
- Competent Project Management skills.
- Understanding of the full credit lifecycle including acquisition, fraud, account management, collections and recoveries.
- Familiar with operating Loan Banking Applications such as Bank One or other enterprise software.
- Numerically savvy, able to work with data, perform analysis and communicate result.
- Experienced in performance management.
- Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite.
- Decision making skills.
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities.
