We are currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Location: Lagos

Define and drive the overall digital campaign calendar
Oversee strategy and day to day management of web, email, search, paid media, and digital operations
Partner with centralized digital and campaigns teams to ensure alignment and appropriate leverage of resources
Define metrics and KPIs to effectively track engagement of customers based on different factors
Establish models for campaign targeting, audience management and customer segmentation for digital engagement
Recommend test plans across all digital channels to continually seek inputs to guide channel optimization
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use data to develop and measure campaign performance
Prior history of driving cross-functional projects across categories or other departments
Strong written and oral communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
Proven track record of creating and executing integrated campaigns using tactics that include digital advertising, lead nurture programs, live events, webinars, and social media
Hands-on experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using Marketo, Salesforce.com, Splashthat, Sprinklr, and Qualtrics
Demonstrable experience finding ways to drive operational efficiency
Highly collaborative and has experience working cross-functionally and gathering requirements across business teams
Expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and has great attention to detail
