Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The successful candidate will be involved in the rent, buy, or sales of property for clients.
- Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts.
Requirements / Responsibilities
- Minimum of OND / HND.
- Must have marketing experience.
- Develop and implement a marketing and sales plan.
- Maintain and service both the existing and the new clients satisfactorily.
- Give a timely report on sales activities assigned to him/her.
- Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
- Confer with escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and pest control operators to ensure that terms and conditions of purchase agreements are met before closing dates.
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.
- Candidate must be able to drive, also live around Lekki and environs.
