Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The successful candidate will be involved in the rent, buy, or sales of property for clients.
  • Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts.

Requirements / Responsibilities

  • Minimum of OND / HND.
  • Must have marketing experience.
  • Develop and implement a marketing and sales plan.
  • Maintain and service both the existing and the new clients satisfactorily.
  • Give a timely report on sales activities assigned to him/her.
  • Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
  • Confer with escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and pest control operators to ensure that terms and conditions of purchase agreements are met before closing dates.
  • Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.
  • Candidate must be able to drive, also live around Lekki and environs.
