Job Description

Being a nominee director of Centoro Plus One and other companies:

• We need a nominee director who can manage daily administrative work, such as signing documents, opening bank accounts, etc.
• A nominee director is a director of a company, but they have no actual power to control the company. Their job is to maintain and manage the company as the beneficial owners desire. Guiding Japanese investors in Lagos:

• From time to time, our clients will be visiting Nigeria. We need you to guide the clients and show them around the city of Lagos.
• This job includes responsibilities such as booking accommodations, picking clients up from the airport safely, taking clients to tourist sights upon their request, etc.

Communicating with local companies:

• You will negotiate with real estate companies, banks, brokers, or other local companies to expand investment opportunities for clients.

Requirements

• JLPT N3 or equivalent proficiency in Japanese language
• Experience in administration (preferable)
• Evidence of the ability to practice fast and responsible communication.
• The first two jobs should be conducted in Japanese language.
• You need to live in Lagos or be able to conduct jobs in Lagos in a timely manner.
