Job Title: RF Optimization Officer

Locations: Kenya, Zambia, Uganda

Job Description

• We are recruiting for the position of RF Optimizer ( 2G RF Optimizer, 3G RF Optimizer, 4G RF Optimizer) Huawei, Ericsson and Nokia radio products experience is preferable.
• The prospective candidates must be open to relocate to any of the following countries-Kenya, Zambia, Uganda.

Responsibilities

• Support NPO-PM for delivery of all tasks related to RF optimization
• Managing customer interface
• Ensure that all tasks and deliverables are up to customer expectations and avoid any penalty due to poor network quality and performance

Tasks include but not limited to:

• Network Performance Analysis
• Frequency/code Plan Optimization
• ISHO Optimization
• Parameter Configuration for Coverage Optimization
• Neighbour Optimization
• KPI Monitoring & Performance Reporting
• Antenna System Configuration Optimization
• Capacity Data Collection and Reporting
• Analysis of customer complaints and drive test logs
