Wild defenseman Jared Spurgeon can do it all

Diggs’ brother, Alabama defensive back Trevon Diggs, posted an image (since deleted) of Stefon in a Washington Redskins jersey to Instagram on Saturday. A native of Maryland and a former Terrapins star, the elder Diggs would seemingly be a solid fit in Washington, which recently traded for former Vikings teammate Case Keenum. The only problem: Diggs isn’t going anywhere, at least not according to insider Adam Schefter, who passed along an unusually emphatic denial from one of his sources.
