Vikings trade seventh-round pick to Raiders for DT P.J. Hall
Needing depth in the middle of their defensive line, the Minnesota Vikings sent a 2021 seventh-round pick to the Las Vegas Raiders in exchange for P.J. Hall.
Minnesota’s defensive line took a big hit last week when Michael Pierce, the Vikings’ prized free-agent acquisition, opted out of the 2020 season.

A second-round pick by the Raiders in 2018, Hall has registered 48 tackles, 1.5 sacks and eight tackles for loss in 30 career games. He played all 16 contests for the Raiders last season.
Minnesota also announced linebacker Anthony Barr and defensive end Ifeadi Odengibo were activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list. Linebacker Ben Gedeon has been placed on the PUP list, and wide receiver Quartney Davis passed his physical and has been removed from the non-football injury list.
To make room on the roster, the Vikings waived wide receiver Davion Davis and cornerback Kemon Hall.
