Royals reinstate Starling from IL, option Guzmán
Kansas City Royals outfielder Bubba Starling was reinstated from the injured list Friday afternoon, 10 days after last playing in Chicago against the Cubs.
Starling is batting .211 with three RBIs and a run scored in 19 at-bats this season.
In a corresponding move, infielder Jeison Guzmán was optioned to the team’s alternate training site.
