Location: Lagos

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager to sell, direct and manage it’s organization business product and services, develop and implement effective business strategies and programs to champion the business out there.

Job Summary

Directs implementation of the business strategies, goals and objectives to align with the business strategy.
Provides leadership and direction to the operational plans and budgets, policies and procedures based on long term strategies as agreed.
Translate the corporate strategy into actionable operations/business plans.
Continuously analyze processes and components within the business to identify appropriate higher margins opportunities.
Allocate use of available resources in order of importance and based on operational needs.
Ensures the company fulfills all statutory regulatory requirements of authorities in the Industry.
Execute practices, procedures and programs within the business unit in alignment with the business Goals.
Partner in the formulation of business unit strategic planning, practices, decisions, systems, and priorities.
Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiencies.
Sell and market the business to prospective clients/vendors.
Monitors operational effectiveness and effect changes required for improvement.

Education and Experience

First Degree in any Business-related field.
Must have an experience or idea about Business Development
Managerial experience in a Logistics company is compulsory
Strong I.T experience; previous work experience in an App company will be an added advantage.
A target driven person that is not scared to hit big financial targets.
