Locations: Aba – Abia, Owerri – Imo, Port Harcourt – Imo, Lagos, Abuja & Onitsha – Anambra

Core Responsibilities

Responsible for overall management of the operation by providing leadership and direction to create process improvements and establish a team environment.
Organize, plan and implement transportation solutions to maximize profitability and guarantee customer satisfaction.
Operate terminal efficiently by analyzing operating costs, TAT, early departure and maintenance of buses/trucks.
Drive the financial performance of the Company.
Drive business development that will transform the passenger and courier business of the Company during this challenging economic period.

Candidate Profile

Graduate qualifications in Business Administrations, Transport Management, and other relevant fields would be an advantage.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in passenger Transport or courier business operations of Redstar Express, DHL, FedEx, UPS, GIG, Peace Mass and other reputable Transport or courier companies

Skills and Competencies:

Must be a visionary leader with a high level of commercial acumen and a track record in managing the passenger Transport/Courier business.
Must have a deep understanding of passenger Transport and Courier operations, trucks/buses maintenance, scheduling and Terminal management
Strong Business development and marketing skills including ability to identify and implement new business opportunities
Ability to drive organizational changes needed to adapt strategically to changing business terrain and technology
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
