Job Title: Sales / Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

Reaching out to organizations and businesses that might require a hotel for conferences and events
Devises new ways to expand the hotel client base.
Working on clientele list to ensure that a set target is achieved.
Networks with wedding planners and special event planners to encourage hotel bookings.
Design and advertise special group rates and packages to increase larger bookings.
Implement sales and marketing strategies necessary for attracting clients to patronize the hotel
Carry out research and analysis to identify new markets and business opportunities
Seek out business with large organizations such as churches, sports clubs or corporate firms to convince them to patronize the hotel
Explain and notify clients of recent upgrades and available options for hotel services
Oversee the hiring and training of hotel sales representatives in the hotel
